Extensions are delivered digitally. Download them, and every later version, under My Account › My Downloadable Products.
Subscriptions
Plans and renewals
See and manage your support plans under My Account › My Subscriptions. Cancel at the end of the period you paid for, or right away.
Refunds
Refunds
Downloads are generally not refundable once a license key or download has been issued. If an extension does not work in your store and we cannot fix it, contact us and we review a refund.
